Rates

Information about the current rates for temporary accommodation services in the available room categories:

Rates are set for 1 day with 2-person accommodation cost but don't include the VAT due to adoption of the simplified taxation system (p. 2 art. 346.11 the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). Rates are reduced by 500 rubles for single-person accommodation.

Conditions of accommodation in the mini-hotel:

1. Standard check-in time - 14.00; standard check-out time - 12.00, standard time for visitors in the room - until 23.00.
2. In case of late check-out (from 12.00 to 18.00) 50% charge of the current rate is possible, in case of check-out after 18.00 100% of the current rate is charged. Extension is offered if possible.
3. Accommodation for children under 7 years old is free of charge.
4. For children over 7 years old or adults the fee of 1 500 rubles for additional bed is charged.
5. In case of a visitor stay in a Guest`s room later than 11 pm, he/she is subject to mandatory registration with the fee in the amount of 1 500 rubles for each additional placement.
